| 摘 要： | 我国图书馆正由传统图书馆向复合图书馆发展，复合图书馆是未来图书馆的新模式，有其工作的新特点：献信息多样化，工作手段自动化，服务方式现代化，信息交流网络化。对此，图书馆员只有自觉接受继续教育，学习新知识、掌握新技能，才能适应复合图书馆的工作需要，推动图书馆事业的发展。

| Abstract: | The libraries in our country are developing from traditional style to compound model. Compound library is the new model of future library. Compared to traditional library, it has its new characteristics: documental information diversification, working measure automation, serving methods modernization, information exchange internetization. Librarians must conscientiously receive re - education, study new knowledge, master new technical skill, thus they can adapt the job in compound library and improve the library enterprise to develop. |
