"小团体"教学模式在小学体育教学中的应用研究

摘    要:“小团体”教学模式是对传统班级授课模式的一种突破,是团体心理辅导在教学过程中的应用。笔者通过教学实验,证明了在小学体育教学中采用“小团体”教学模式,能够使学生有效开展适当的竞争和积极的合作,营造民主和谐的课堂氛围,有效培养了学生的集体意识、合作意识和良好的竞争意识,提高了学生对体育课的兴趣,有利于顺利完成教学任务,提高教学效果和教学质量。

Abstract:The teaching model of "small group" is a breakthrough of the traditional class teaching mode and is the application of group psychological counseling in teaching process.Through the teaching experiment,it was testified that "small group" teaching model which was adopted in physical education teaching in elementary schools could make the pupils carry out effectively the proper competition and active collaboration so as to build democratic and harmonious atmosphere in classrooms,and cultivate the students' team consciousness,corporation consciousness and favorable competition consciousness,inspire the students' interest in P.E.All this will be useful for completing the teaching mission and advancing effectiveness and quality of teaching.
