| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是在新时期新形势下提出的发展理念,具有科学性和前瞻性。将科学发展观运用到民族高校艺术教育中具有十分重要的意义。本文主要论述了科学发展观的内涵,并结合西南民族大学艺术学院发展现状,思考如何以科学发展观为指导,全面开创民族艺术教育新局面。
