| 摘 要： | 目的:了解教师脂肪肝患病状况、相关因素及防治策略。方法:对1600名教师进行身体检查,通过询问病史、测量身高、体重、血压和血糖、血脂、检测肝功能及B超检查,研究脂肪肝患病状况。结果:脂肪肝患病率为14.63%,性别、年龄对脂肪肝患病率无明显影响,15.38%脂肪肝患者有消化道症状,肝功能异常占23.98%。肥胖、高脂血症、高胆固醇血症、高血压、糖尿病、高尿酸血症是脂肪肝危险因素。结论:随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食结构的变化,高校教师脂肪肝患病率升高,须加强脂肪肝的监测与防治,降低其患病率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To get to know the state of the teachers with fatty livers,correlation factors and the preventive strategies.Method: 1600 teachers were given medical check-up.Their state of fatty livers were studied by asking medical history;taking height,weight,blood pressure,blood sugar,blood fat;liver and kidney function tests and type-B ultrasonic examination.Result: The rate of the teachers suffering from fatty livers is 14.63%,which is apparently unaffected by sex and age.57.69% fatty livers patients have Hypertriglyceridemia and abnormal liver function is 23.9%.Fatness,hyperlipide,hypercholesteremia,hypertension,diabetes and hyperuricemia are major factors causing fatty livers.Conclusion: With the development of the living standard and the change in diet,there is a rise in the rate of teachers with fatty livers.Diseases control and prevention should be upgraded to decrease the sick rate. |
