| 摘 要： | 培训需求分析是现代培训的首要和必经环节，是其他培训活动的前提和基础。主要内容有确认差距、改变原有分析、促进人事分类系统向人事开发系统转换、提供可供选择的解决问题的方法、形成一个信息资料库、决定培训的成本与价值、为获得组织支持创造条件。因此，必须高度重视培训需求分析在现代培训教育中的重要作用。
