| Abstract: | The common methods and some detection technologies of the total RNA isolation from plant tissues have been summarized. The methods about eliminating some plant tissue components interfering the total RNA isolation, such as pheno lic compound, polysacchrides, lipids, proteins, were also introduced. About how to reduce the decomposition of RNA and the effect of RNase had been illuminated too. |
