| Abstract: | The paper cites two versions of "The Dragon Palace Legend",The Legend of Liu Yi from China and Urashimataro from Japan, to illustrate that the Chinese are man-centered while the Japanese are more nature-centered. It then looks into the factors in natural, economic, political and religious terms. |
