| 摘 要： | 当前，高等教育由精英化走向大众化，大学毕业生的就业问题已经成为国家和社会高度关注的焦点。文章从现阶段大学毕业生就业难的具体表现出发，分析出现大学毕业生就业问题的原因，从国家、社会和大学生自身三个方面提出解决问题的可行性对策：从国家的角度讲，应调整教育模式，完善就业政策；从社会的角度讲，要建立强大有效的支持系统；从大学生自身来看，要转变择业观念，全面提升就业能力。
