| 摘 要： | 要依照比较法，对广东、湖南两个竞技体操大省的竞技体操后备人才培养体制的基本特征进行比较分析，研究认为广东竞技体操后备人才培养体制上尚存一些问题，某些方面与湖南相比处于劣势。因此，应加快体制改革，充分利用广东经济发展有利务件，调动社会各方面力量支持后备人才培养，不断完善培养体制。

| Abstract: | According to the method of comparison, the paper investigated basic characteristic and comparison advantage in system of Reserves Training of Artist Gymnastics of Guangdong and Hunan Province. The research thought the cultivation system of talented person trains in Guangdong still exsited some problem, some aspects were in bad situation compared with that of Hunan. Therefore, it should reform the system quickly, make use of Guangdong economy development beneficial term, transfer the social power to support the Reserves Training and perfect educate system continuously. |
