| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是实现企业、高校、科研院所之间优势互补，提升企业经济社会效益的有效方式。目前我国广泛采用的产学研合作模式可以归纳为项目合作模式、人才合作模式、校（院、所）企联盟模式、共建实体模式、校地共建科技园（区域合作研究院）模式、产学研供需对接会模式、网上技术市场模式等几大类型。

| Abstract: | Industry-University-Research cooperation is an effective way for enterprises, universities and research institutes to achieve complementary advantages, to enhance economic and social benefits. The modes of Industry-University-Research cooperation widely adopted in China,can be summarized as project cooperation model, talents cooperation model, university （research institute） and industry alliance model, establishing entity（joint venture or research and development institutions） model, regional research institute model, matchmaking symposium for entrepreneurs and researchers model, online technology market model, and so on. |
