摘    要:文章利用CFD软件ICEPAK对某通信设备的热设计进行了模拟,分析了某通信设备各零件在工作温度的温度分布,经过模拟结果表明:采用热分析软件能够模拟不同设计输入要求下采取相关措施后零件的散热情况,从而采用合适的散热方式来有效地解决某通信设备的散热问题。

Abstract:This paper simulates the thermal design of certain communication equipment by means of the ICEPAK of CFD software, analyzes the temperature distribution of each part of certain communication equipment under the working temperature. The simulated result shows that it can simulate the heat radiation of the part after taking the correlated measures by adopting the thermal analysis software according to different design requirements, so that the appropriate heat radiation mode will be used to effectively solve the heat radiation of certain communication equipment.
