| 摘 要： | 教学做一体化的高职教育教学模式在帮助学生形成职业理想、缩短学生的社会适应期、培养学生的创新精神和建设教师队伍诸方面都有不可忽视的重要作用。为此,教师必须转变教育思想和观念,改变管理理念和管理方式,加强实践教学条件建设,开放办学,充分利用社会资源,以培养出既掌握专业理论又具有动手实践能力的高素质应用型技能型人才充实到生产、建设、管理、服务第一线。

| Abstract: | The Trinity of Teaching-learning-doing Model in Higher Vocational Education plays an important role in helping students form career dreams,adapt to the society more quickly and develop originality as well as in the construction of teaching staff in the process of development of professionals in modern times.For the sake of this objective,teachers have to change beliefs in education,management and management methods,strengthen teaching and learning conditions,run a school with open attitudes and make full use of social resources in order to train students to become applied technological talents with specialized knowledge and high quality to the front line in production,construction,management and service. |
