| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法,从多元视角下分析发现：高校阳光体育运动即是提高大学生身心健康的必然选择,也是构建和谐校园体育文化的基石,阳光体育运动不仅推动校园体育产业的发展,而且二者互为补充和促进。探究阳光体育运动在高校开展中存在着体育意识淡薄;与传统的教育文化思想体制相驳;政府资金投入短缺;《大学生体质健康标准》测试成绩失真;体育活动场地设施紧张等制约因素,并对如何促进阳光体育运动在高校的长期性、连续性和有效性的开展提出对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature consultation,interview method and logical analysis,the thesis makes a conclusion in multi-perspectives.Sunny sport is an inevitable choice to improve the physical and mental health of college students and it is the footstone to build harmonious campus sports culture.Sunny sport promotes the development of sports industry on campus and the two promote and complement each other.Through the analysis,the thesis indicates that there are many problems in developing sunny sport in colleges and universities,such as the contradiction to traditional education and culture system which lacks sports awareness,the shortage of government investment,the distortion of the test scores of "physical health standard for college students" and the shortage of sports facilities.The thesis also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the sunny sport in a long-term,continuous and effective way. |
