高血压血管内皮损伤和胰岛素抵抗机制与运动干预的研究进展

摘    要:通过探讨高血压内皮损伤与胰岛素抵抗的关系,追究运动干预的应用前景。研究方法:采用文献回顾与前瞻性分析及逻辑推理相结合的方法,跟踪高血压内皮损伤与胰岛素抵抗的研究进展及其在运动医学领域中的作用。结论:原发性高血压可以通过炎症因子损伤内皮细胞继而产生胰岛素抵抗,胰岛素抵抗也可以通过内皮细胞损伤引发高血压,而有氧运动干预后,缓解了高血压内皮细胞损伤,进而减轻胰岛素抵抗,缓解高血压的症状。

Abstract:To investigate hypertension endothelial injury by the relationship between the insulin resistance and exercise intervention,for application.Research methods: This paper adopts literature review and prospective analysis and logical reasoning,tracking hypertension endothelial injury and insulin resistance and its research progress in the field of sports medicine in rats.Conclusion: primary hypertension by inflammatory injury of endothelial cells and insulin resistance,insulin resistance and endothelial cell injury caused by hypertension,whereas aerobic exercise intervention after remission of hypertension,endothelial cell damage,thereby reducing insulin resistance,ease the symptoms of hypertension.
