| 摘 要： | 以2005版和2009版的竞技健美操单人操二级规定动作编排为研究对象,采用文献资料法、录像观察法、比较法和数理统计法,对2005版和2009版共4套竞技健美操单人操二级规定动作创编进行详细的比较研究。指出当前竞技健美操运动员等级规定动作创编的现状及发展趋势,并提出了建议,可为等级规定动作的创编提供参考。

| Abstract: | The 2005 edition and 2009 edition of Sports Aerobics provide two single-action operation schedule for the study,the use of literature and data,video observation,comparison and Mathematical statistics,the 2005 version and 2009 version of the 4 sets of single-person operation Aerobics arrangement of two movements provided a detailed comparative study.Pointing out that the current athletics body-building exercises single holds the second-level compulsory exercise arrangement provides status and development trends,and recommendations can be arranged for class action provisions of the presentation to provide a reference. |
