| 摘 要： | 从目前体育教师教育不能满足教育改革与发展的要求之间的矛盾切入研究,围绕体育教师的使命和教育观念、体育教师的人文素质和道德修养、体育教师的角色定位、体育教师需要自觉学习及体育教师的地位需要提高几个问题深入分析推演,并提出化解这一矛盾的策略。

| Abstract: | This paper studys P.E.teachers’ missions,educational concepts,humanities qualities,moral cultivation,role fixation,necessity of willing self-study and improvement of social status,etc.from the study of the contradiction that presents education of Chinese P.E.teacher cannot meet the demand of education’s reform and development.And it analyses profoundly and puts forward strategies to solve the problems. |
