| 摘 要： | 高等体育院校是培养高素质体育人才的基地。作为体育院校教育管理的重要组成部分———运动训练专业学生,由于具有明显的自身特点,为学校日常管理增加了难度。针对这一问题,提出以学生为本、科学管理、特色育人为主线,升华学生教育管理理念、加强学生管理队伍建设、创新学生教育管理方法,为提升高等体育院校运动训练专业学生教育与管理水平提供参考。

| Abstract: | The higher colleges and universities sports training students have the characteristic of personality and behavior diversification,cultural difference and learning interest desalination,age differences and the increasing difficulty of educating students,the poor quality of students and the comprehensive cultivation that is not high,these brings new task for P.E.colleges overall goal.We should respect the student’s personality,take the student as the main body,and scientific management,and special education,and we should sublimate the education concept and the management concept of students,optimize student’s construction of management team,innovative education and management methods,and promote the adult talent. |
