| Abstract: | The thought of share is the guideline of the construction of public physical service system.It helps to balance the resources between the competitive sports and the amateur sports and to complete the national system,which in order to promote the social harmony and accelerate the foundation of a world sports power.The foundations of the sporting share system,the social share system and the spirit share system explain the essence of the thought of share,which ensure the reasonable development of public sports service system. |
