| 摘 要： | 对高校公体教师产生相对剥夺感的社会成因、外在表现及影响进行剖析,发现职业歧视是相对剥夺感的主要诱因,相对剥夺感直接导致职业倦怠,严重的相对剥夺感会导致产生犯罪心理,甚至实施犯罪,必须引起高度重视。否则,将严重阻碍高校体育目标及和谐校园、和谐社会目标的实现。

| Abstract: | By analysing the social reasons,the effect and influence of relative deprivation on P.E.teachers at university,the paper finds that profession discrimination is the main reason which induces job burnout and even commitment of a crime.Relative deprivation on P.E.teachers should be highly recognized,otherwise it may block the implement of the target of P.E.at university,and the campus and social harmonious environment. |
