| Abstract: | This paper objectively analyzes the sci-tech association＇s problem existing in academic＇, exchanges, technology transfer, innovation resource gathering, technology evaluation and technology services, in pushing the development of rising industries, discusses related measures for sci-tech association promote the development of rising industries, which has important practical significance both for complete the sci-tech association＇ s function and development of rising industries. |
