| 摘 要： | 近年来,群体性事件频繁的发生扰乱了社会正常的生产和生活秩序,甚至在一定程度上威胁着社会的稳定和经济的发展,阻碍了和谐社会的构建。文章首先通过对群体性事件基本概念及发生机理的阐释,引出公众参与对当前社会管理的价值意义,最后从完善机制、加强政府建设、推动公民社会发展,增强公民主体意识等三个方面来探究群体性事件频发背景下公众参与治理的可行性路径。

| Abstract: | Recently,the group incidents happened frequently had disturbed the normal social production and the daily life,even to some extent,threatening social stability and economic development and hindering the construction of harmonious society.The article first explained the basic concepts and occurrence mechanism of group incidents,led to the meaning of social management within the help of public participation,and under the background of frequent incidents,finally explored the feasibility path of the public participation from improving the mechanism,strengthening government construction,promoting social development and enhancing citizens＇ main body consciousness. |
