平板—圆筒连接的应力数值分析及强度设计方法

摘    要:本文主要对平板—圆筒连接结构计算模型进行了大量的应力数值分析,从中找出了圆平板在弹性支承下的应力分布规律。并首次采用(t/T)和(T/D)两个无量纲参数,提出了圆平板在弹性支承下的强度设计方法。从而较好地解决了飞机液压结构及着陆系统圆平板的强度计算;同时该设计方法,对压力容器平盖的强度计算亦具有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly makes a large number of numerical stress analysis for plate-cylinder intersection calculating models and finds out the pattern of stress distribution. Using two shape parameters (t/T)anh (T/D) , this paper also firstly presents a new strength designed method for the plate. This strength method is all the better to solve the strength calculation of circular plate of hydraulic structure and landing system and also is better to help the strength calculation of flat head of pressure vessels.
