| 摘 要： | 农村教育仍然困扰着韩国整个社会的均衡、协调发展.为此,政府采取各种措施,支持农村教育的发展;社区居民和地方自治团体也对农村教育进行改革尝试;农业大学成为政府教育部门实施农民教育的主体;农林部建立"后继农民--专业农民--先导农民教育制度",为农民提供多元化、个性化、特色化和人性化服务. |

| Abstract: | Backward agricultural education is still an obstacle of social development in Republic of Korea. Thus, the government are taking measures to improve the development of agricultural education. Meanwhile, community residents and local autonomous organizations are attempting reforms of agricultural education. A-gricultural universities become the center of farmers' education. The government are establishing adaptable systems to realize diversity, individualization, characteristic of agricultural education service. |
