| 摘 要： | 虚拟图书馆的出现为传统图书馆提供了进一步发展的机遇，二是互相依赖、互相促进的关系，而不是取而代之。传统图书馆要实行几个转变；由献资源建设向信息资源建设转变；组织管理向适应虚拟图书馆发展的方向转变；图书馆队伍建设要适应信息化社会的需求。

| Abstract: | The emergene of virtual libraries offers ne w opportuities for the further development of traditional libraries.The two are co mplementary and not replaceable.However,traditional libraries have to change the mselves in the following aspcts:from the construction of the documentary resourc es to the one of the informational resources;from the organizational man agement to the direction adapted for the virtue library's development;from the c onstruction of libraies to the demand of the information society. |
