摘    要:研究生人力资本不但具有人力资本的一般特点,还具有受教育程度高和时间长、拥有高密度的知识内涵和高容量的技能水准的特征。同时在生产和社会实践中,研究生人力资本还有着高效率和均衡平等、稳定社会的功能。要使研究生人力资本价值的有效实现,需要不断完善管理机制,建立符合实际的管理策略。

Abstract:The graduate student human capital not only has the common characteristic of human capital,but also has one with a high level and long time education,a highly dense knowledge connotation and a high capacity skill standard.Meanwhile,in the production and the social practice,graduate student's human capital also has the function of improving efficiency and balancing,equalizing and stabilizing society.Therefore,the managing mechanism needs to be unceasingly perfected and the realistic management policies need to be established to put the human capital value of graduate students into effective realization.
