| 摘 要： | 本文简单回顾了用户理念产生的源流，着重阐述了“用户永远都是正确的”思想体系包含用户决定图书馆的一切、最大限度地吸引用户、对用户永远不要说“不”、用户的一切过错都是有益的四个层面，并讨论了理解“用户永远都是正确的”这一理念的关键。认为这一理念吸收了马克思主义认识论和辩证法的精华。本文最后提出“用户永远都是正确的”和“读者权利”是统一的，用户是图书馆永远的追求。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the history of users concept in brief,expounds the system info of "Users are always right" which has four levels: users decide everything,to attract users as much as possible,never say no to users,all faults of users are beneficial,and discusses the key to understand this concept which represents Marxist epistemology and dialectic.At last,this article also thinks "Users are always right" and "readers right" is uniform,and users is pursue of libraries. |
