WTO环境下我国出版业面临的挑战与对策

摘    要:WTO环境下,我国出版业面临5大挑战:一是分销市场受到直接冲击;二是编辑出版市场受到间接冲击;三国外出版物涌入造成西方思想化影响;四是出版资源可能外流;五是出版业中的一批优秀人才流失。为此,必须采取5大对策:一是组建新型出版集团,二是加大对外出版发行力度;三是注重化底蕴;四是完善法制建设;五是培养高素质人才。

Abstract:After entering WTO, China's publishing industry will encounter five challenges: firstly, the publishing marketing would be pounded directly; secondly, the editing publishing market would be pounded indirectly; thirdly, the foreign publications would pour in and bring us the influences of western culture; fourthly, the publishing resources would outflow; finally, there would be a drain in prominent publishers. To meet these challenepes, we must take corresponding countermeasures: 1) to re establish publishing aggregations; 2) to enforce the strength of marketing abroad; 3) to pay special attention to traditional culture and adjust the effect of foreign culture; 4) to perfect the legal system; 5) to foster qualified publishers.
