摘    要:采用凸轮机构传动,利用钕铁硼强磁,连接直线往复机构的连杆和测试用的砝码,设计了一种标签耐磨度测试仪.设备工作时,凸轮机构转动至前半圈,挤压一次复位弹簧和连杆,推动包有脱脂棉布的砝码前进一次,摩擦一次待测的标签;当凸轮转动到后半圈,弹簧反弹,回拉砝码,再次摩擦待测的标签.使用该设备,可根据测试要求,选择测试用的溶剂类型、摩擦力大小和摩擦次数,对标签进行定量地测试.该设备既可单独运行,也组网运行,具有设计稳定可靠、价格低廉、使用方便等特点.

Abstract:With cam drive and NdFeB magnetic connecting the reciprocating mechanism and test weight, a kind of label wear degree tester is designed. When it works, cam rotates to the front half ring, squeezes the reset spring and connecting rod, and pushes the weight wrapped absorbent cotton cloth forward once, and frictions label once. When the cam rotates to the second ring, the reset spring rebounds, pulls back the weight and frictions label once again. According to the test requirements, testing personnel can choose the type of solvent, value of friction force and friction times to conduct quantitative test on the label. The device can run both separately and in network operation characterized by stability, low price, and easy operation.
