| 摘 要： | 制度创新是经济增长的决定性因素。从中国中部崛起战略出发,运用新制度经济学的有关原理,全面客观分析了地处中部的湖南所面临的自身制度性障碍,发展的机遇,同时也站在宏观的角度提出了促进湖南崛起的一些初步设想。

| Abstract: | Systemic innovation is a decisive factor of the economic growth. The author of this paper analyzes objectively institutional obstacles and developing opportunities of Hunan Province in the middle of China, using relevant principles of new systemic economics from the strategy of central rise. Meanwhile on the angle of the macroscopic the author proposes initial ideas of promoting Hunan rise. |
