| 摘 要： | 高校党建必须围绕培养人这一中心任务。高职高专学校党建也不能动摇培养技能实用型人才这个中心。当前,高职高专不仅存在发展党员过程中重发展、轻教育的现象,且在人才培养观念上有人文教育缺失、过于工具化的倾向,这暴露出高职高专党建工作存在亟待改进的问题。如何解决这些问题?笔者认为,以党员志愿服务为载体,可以创新高职高专党建工作。开展党员志愿服务活动是践行全心全意为人民服务宗旨的本质要求,它与高职高专培养目标相契合,是学生入党后继续教育的新途径,是高职高专学校开展创先争优的有力抓手。高职高专学校组织开展志愿服务活动要坚持服务与提高并举的原则,立足于高职高专的专业特长,避免志愿服务低水平化,遵循立足本校、依托社区、稳定发展的原则,坚持以精神激励为主和志愿服务无小事的原则。

Relying on Student Party Member Volunteer Service to Innovate the Party Construction in Vocational and Technical Education |

| Abstract: | The party construction in universities must revolve around the central task of cultivating talent.The party construction in vocational and technical education can not shake the core of cultivating skilled and practical talents.At present,there exists the phenomenon of "more development,less education" in developing party members in vocational and technical education,and a tendency of the lack of humanistic education.This article exposes the problems to be solved in party construction in higher vocational colleges.How can we solve the problems?The authors think that it is good to rely on volunteer service to innovate the party construction.Party members’ volunteer service activity requiress putting one’s heart and soul into the purpose to serve people.It fits the training objectives of higher vocational colleges.It is the new method of further education after students’ joining the party.Volunteer service activities must adhere to the principle of service and improvement,base on the higher vocational specialty,and avoid low level of voluntary service.It must follow the principle of basing on the school,relying on the community,and stable development,and adhere to the spirit encouragement and the idea that all volunteer services are equally important. |
