| 摘 要： | 跨学科教学是世界一流大学人才培养的重要模式,文章对杜克大学重要发展战略与创新举措进行收集整理,提炼出杜克大学历时30年(1988—2018年)的跨学科教学战略进行分析,以此探索对世界一流大学教学质量提升与优化人才培养模式起到关键作用的重要举措与核心内容。研究发现,杜克大学的教育质量优势在于其最持久的成功和最令人振奋的创新,来自其跨学科构思、培育和执行的理念,秉持这一理念,杜克大学不断从搭建平台、创新模式等多个方面完善跨学科教学战略,并持续细化与深入跨学科教学的具体实施,在这一过程中,杜克大学的跨学科教学框架日趋完善与成熟。

| Abstract: | Interdisciplinary teaching is an important model for talent training in world-class universities.This study collects and summarizes the important development strategies and innovations of Duke University,and extracts the interdisciplinary teaching strategy of Duke University for 30 years(1988-2018)to explore and improve the quality of world-class universities.The important measures and core content of the talent training model play a key role.The study found that Duke University's educational quality advantage lies in its most enduring success and the most exciting innovations from its interdisciplinary conception,cultivation and execution philosophy.With this philosophy,Duke University is constantly building platforms and innovative models.In addition,the interdisciplinary teaching framework of Duke University is becoming more and more perfect and mature in the process of improving the interdisciplinary teaching strategy and continuing to refine and deepen the implementation of interdisciplinary teaching. |
