| 摘 要： | 村落是农村的主体，村落体育是社会主义新农村建设不可或缺的组成部分，通过对南岔村落体育的个案调查研究和案例分析认为：村落体育是国家群众体育工作的“盲区”、地方社会发展和建设的“禁区”；发展村落体育“人才”重于“钱财”；政府应积极引导，各尽其能，重点发挥农村“精英阶层”的作用；加强村落体育管理，以人为本，服务与民。
