| 摘 要： | 由于国际货物多式联运是一种新型的运输方式,因而给确定多式联运经营人的法律地位及其赔偿责任方面带来许多新的法律问题。至今,国际上尚无统一的国际公约规范多式联运经营人与有关人之间的法律关系。本文就多式联运经营人的法律地位及其赔偿责任问题作了较系统的分析。希望它能为正在开展的国际多式联运试验提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | International multimodal transaport is an entirely new mode of transport. Many legal issues have arisen from the establishment of the legal status and liability of the multimodal transport operator (MTO). However, there has been no special international convention governing the legal relations between the MTO and other parties concerned.This paper deals with the estadlishment of the legal status and liability of the MTO and offers some reference to the current practice of the multimodal transport in China. |
