| 摘 要： | 19世纪中后期英国对华门户开放政策，是英国政府出于自身殖民利益的需要对华推行的的外交政策。以最惠国待遇的确立、合作政策的实施、门户开放政策的提出并由美国最终确立为标志，这一政策经历了半个世纪的嬗变，并深刻影响了其他列强的对华政策。19世纪末，在英国实力下降、列强侵华加剧的情况下，该政策由美国公开宣布确立为一项国际政策。

| Abstract: | UK'open policy to China in the midde and late period of the 19th century was a foreign policy carried out by the British government out of its own colonial interests.The establishment of most favoured nation treatment,the enforcement of cooperative policy,the open policy's being proposed and marked by its being established by US experienced half a century and deeply affected other big powers' policies to China.In the late period of the 19th century this policy was announced publicly by US to be established as an international policy when UK's actual strength declined and more big powers invaded China. |
