| 摘 要： | 在刑事诉讼中,刑事审判程序的基本结构可分为法官庭前活动和法庭审判两个阶段。由于我国相关法律的规定及司法实践中的习惯做法,使得我国法官庭前活动打破了近现代刑事审判程序结构。文章旨在通过对我国法官庭前活动现状的阐述,剖析其弊端及成因,并提出改革我国法官庭前活动的几点对策。

| Abstract: | In criminal procedure, the basic structure of the criminal trial program can be divided into two periods- the judges' activities before opening a court session and court trial. Because of the relevant regulations and habitual ways in the justice practice, our judges' activities before opening a court session break the modern structure of the criminal trial program. This paper focuses on the present situation of these activities, analyses their abuses and causes and offers some countermeasure to better them. |
