| Abstract: | The international situation was changeable in the 1930's and 1940's.The Soviet Union,on the base of its own national egoism,trailed a long behind Britain and France and carried out a policy of appeasement of the Soviet Union's type.According to the numerous historical facts,the background,features and serious consequences are probed into and analysed in this article. |
