| 摘 要： | 学生党员发展工作是高校基层党组织建设的重要内容，是高校党建工作体现“三个代表”重要思想的具体实践。在新的历史时期，我们要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以对党的事业高度负责的态度，采取切实措施，认真做好大学生中的党员发展工作。
