| 摘 要： | 美国、日本的大学普遍实现了经费来源的多样化，经费有可靠保障。我国高校应多渠道筹措经费，加大资金投入，并切实注重资金投入的质量和效益，不断创新高校的投入与管理运行机制，为我国高等教育可持续发展提供基础保障。

| Abstract: | There is a big difference in the funds source and budget circulate of high education between China and foreign countries. The universities in China should collect funds with different ways and enlarge funds devotion, pay attention to the actual quality and performance of budgeting it, and attach importance continuously to the creative devotion and management of high school in order to form a circulate mechanism. |
