| 摘 要： | 电子资源的快速发展，促进了数字化和网络化，提高了图书馆信息服务能力。在电子资源建设过程中，产生了多种形式的信息资源共建共享联盟，上海教育网络图书馆是其中之一。这种适合中国国情的制度创新有利于中小型图书馆的数字化网络化建设，促进了图书馆的改革。

| Abstract: | The repid development of electronic resources accelerates the world-wide digital and networking process and enhances libraries'ability for information services.In the development of electron- ic resources,there emerges various forms of library associates of cooperative information resource construc- tion and sharing,and the Shanghai Educational Net Library is one for them.Such kind of institutional in- novation suited to the Chinese condition is beneficail to digital and networking construction for libraries in medium or small size,which promotes library reform in the country. |
