摘    要:教育评价及其标准反映了教育行为的不同价值取向。在教育评价中,学生及其家长的个人利益和家庭利益、国家的整体利益和长远利益各有禾同的侧重点,从而形成了以学生发展为本,和以“升学考试”为目标的两种不同教育评价尺度。正确认识两者的冲突并寻求解决冲突的策略是实施新课程改革的重要环节。

Abstract:Education evaluation and its criteria reflect the value of education activities.In education evaluation,due to the conflicts of different interests,such as the individual and family interests of the students and their parents and the overall and long-term interests of the nation,which emphasize different aspects,two different evaluation systems are accordingly formed,namely,the students' development and growth-centered new evaluation system and the traditional evaluation system.These two different systems have produced conflicts,even antagonism in the education activities,thus greatly affect the implementation of the new curriculum reform.It is an important tache in the implementation of the new curriculum reform to correctly recognize the conflicts between them and try to seek the solutions to the conflicts.
