| 摘 要： | 地方新建本科院校如何满足地方经济建设和社会发展的需求,培养出综合素质高、创新能力强的应用型人才,已成为一个重大科研课题.运城学院图书馆从自身实际出发,针对本院的人才培养目标,准确定位图书馆服务目标,深入挖掘资源和地域优势,有效拓宽服务对象和范围,研发服务资源,加强与地方交流互动,为培养具有实践能力和创新能力的应用型人才做了有益的探索.

| Abstract: | It was a significant scientific research topic that the way of newly founded undergraduate universities to train comprehensive quality and innovative personnel with strong applied ability,meet the local economic construction and social development needs,serve the local economy better.On the basis of reality and aiming at the goal in talent training of university,Yuncheng University Library position library training target accurately,tap the resources and geographical advantages,broaden the scope of service object,research service resources,and strengthen local exchange interaction,thus making a beneficial exploration into training practical and the innovation ability application talents. |
