| 摘 要： | 当代大学生在成长中存在着个性膨胀、急功近利、知行不一和忽视心理素质培育等误区,文章对此进行了探讨并从道德观、人生观、价值观、评判标准、就业形势等五方面分析其成因,提出了从价值观、网络规范、心理素质、校园文化和就业指导等方面促进大学生健康成长的调适路径。

| Abstract: | The essay explores the mistaken ego expansion,over-eagerness for quick success and instant benefits,contradiction between knowing and doing,and neglect of psychological qualities cultivation which exist in the growth of contemporary college students,and analyses the causes from five aspects of morality,outlook on life and values,judging standards and employment situation.In order to promote the healthy growth of college students,some readjustment ways are proposed in terms of values outlook,network norms,psychological quality,campus culture and employment guidance. |
