| 摘 要： | SCI是利用科学计量学方法对科研成果进行评价的一种工具,它收录期刊学科广、地域覆盖面宽、时间跨度大、选刊比较科学、充分考虑期刊的学术价值,因而成为国际公认的反映基础学科研究水准的代表性工具,作为科研成果评价的工具, SCI日益显示出其强大的作用力,而越来越受到人们的重视和广泛应用.但是SCI也有一定的局限性,因此,在利用SCI的引文数据评价科研成果时,必须做到全面理解,科学运用.

| Abstract: | SCI is a tool for evaluating academic achievements through metrology.It includes scientifically chosen periodicals of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary literature with the multidimensional and chronological cumulative character and academic values.It is thus universally accepted as a tool representing the research standard of the fundamental disciplines.Therefore it has become more and more functional and is widely used.However,SCI also has its limitations.So when the citation index is used to evaluate academic achievements,overall understanding and scientific application are necessary. |
