低碳视角下江苏省港航与生态环境发展的关系

摘    要:为研究江苏省港航与生态环境发展的关系,在分析江苏省港航和生态环境现状的基础上从低碳视角构建江苏省港航与生态环境的指标体系,运用主成分分析法、相关分析法及协调发展模型分析江苏省港航与生态环境发展两者之间的关系.结果表明,随着江苏省港航的快速发展,生态环境状况的改善已相对滞后,不能满足当前港航发展的需要,今后要加强江苏省港航的低碳发展.

Abstract:In order to research the relationship between the port and shipping development and the ecological environment development in Jiangsu, the index system of port and shipping and ecological environment is built from the perspective of the low carbon on the basis of the analysis of current situation of the port and shipping and ecological environment, and the methods of principal component analysis, correlation analysis and coordinated development model are used to analyze the relationship between the port and shipping and the ecological environment in Jiangsu. The results show that the improvement of ecological environment has been lagging behind with the rapid development of the port and shipping in Jiangsu. As a result, the environment can not meet the current needs of port and shipping development in Jiangsu at present, and the low carbon development of port and shipping should be emphasized in Jiangsu in the future.
