| 摘 要： | 本文研究大中型制造业的19个行业技术获取效率及其影响因素.首先对我国19个制造行业近10年的技术获取投入变化特征进行了分析,运用改进的DEA模型测度了我国19个制造行业技术获取效率,就影响技术获取效率的内部因素进行了计量分析.结果表明,制造业样本行业的技术对外依存度总体上呈减弱趋势,2004年前后,绝大部分样本行业递减幅度较大;技术对内依存度除少部分行业呈现一定趋势外,绝大部分行业无明显变化特征.在分析的12年中,绝大部分样本行业的技术获取并未获得有效产出,有效产出行业数占19个分析行业数的平均比例仅为23%,且呈区间特点,即1996—1997年、1998—2004年和2005—2007年3个时段有效行业数相对集中;部分行业保持持续的高效率.在影响技术获取效率的内部影响因素中,创新实力为关键影响因素.

| Abstract: | The efficiency and influencing factors of technology acquisition of 19 large and medium-sized manufacturing industries are studied.First,the characteristics of technology acquisition input of 19 manufacturing industries in China during the past 10 years is analyzed.Then,the technology acquisition efficiency is measured using a modified DEA model.Finally,an econometric model is adopted to study the internal factors of the technology acquisition efficiency.The results show that the dependency on foreign technology of the sampling industries appears a descending trend on the whole,and most of them have a large range around 2004,whereas the dependency on domestic technology of most industries has no apparent change except a few industries.In the 12 years discussed,the technology acquisition input in most sampling industries doesn’t make effective output.The average ratio of effective industries to the 19 industries is only 23%,but the effective industries seem concentrated during 1996—1997,1998—2004 and 2005—2007.Part of the industries keep a continuously high efficiency.Among all the internal influencing factors,innovation strength is the most important one. |
