| Abstract: | This paper shows the significance of the binary variables produced by transformation of sports differentiation on the sports public service system of the government.With 5 binary variables,the paper studies the option modes of binary variables in western countries and possibilities to integrate the variables in the construction of government public sports service system.It presents such strategies thereupon as resource differences,legal system and role orientation,etc. |
