国外学者关于文化与学校文化的理解与启示

摘    要:作为一定群体中人们共享的意义体系,文化有五个要点:1)文化是人的文化;2)文化是人与人之间交往的产物,同时又构成了人与人之间进一步交往的条件;3)文化一定是共享的;4)价值观是文化的核心;5)文化是一张强有力的意义之网,确证着人与人之间的一种关系性存在。学校的成员所共享的信念、价值观、态度、假设等是学校文化的深层结构,而关于学校的故事、传说、典礼、仪式、人们做事的方式方法则表征了学校文化外在的浅层的结构,它是学校文化在日常生活中得以彰显的载体,只有透过学校文化的表层结构体悟其深层的意义,才是学校文化的要旨所在。

Abstract:Culture as a certain significant system of group shared has five mainpoints:1.culture is human beings' culture;2.culture is the production of communication among people and constructs further conditions of communication;3.culture of shared together;4.the care of culture is valuable concept;5.culture is a strong and powerful significant net and definites the relationship being between people and people. Faith,valuable concept,attitude and hypothesis shared by members of school are deep levels of school culture;and story,legend,ceremony on school and approach of people doing show the apparent construction of school culture,which is carrier of school culture in dairy life. Only through the apparent construction of school culture to compreherd the deep meaning is the mainpoint of school culture.
