| Abstract: | The training of elementary teachers has been brought into the system of higher education.Our country's teacher professional specialization calls a professional development of elementary education.In the cultivation of elementary teachers we should deal well with some relations such as between foresightedness,gradation and real possibility,and between all-round training and particular emphasis,so as to promote the constrution and development of elementary educational specialty. |
