| 摘 要： | “形神兼备、内外合一”是武术的精髓 .它的理解和把握对武术训练的效果至关重要 .《阴阳学说》的理论能帮助我们正确理解“形神兼备、内外合一”这一武术精髓 .作者探讨了二者的关系 ,并用这个观点指导武术训练 ,收到了较好的教学效果 .
