| 摘 要： | 科教兴国战略措施的核心内容是要把科学技术与教育同经济发展结合起来,教育的发展,是实施科教兴国的基本途径.教师作为教育、教学活动的主要因素之一,在推动教育向前发展中有着重要的作用.在教学过程中,教师的教成为矛盾的主要方面,教学基本任务和教师的神圣职责决定了无论教学模式发生了什么样的变化,教师在教学中的主导地位是不会变的,并且随着社会的发展与人们素质的提高,这一作用会越来越得到人们的重视.

| Abstract: | The main idea of strategic step of science and education making a country prosperous and flourishing is to combine science and technology education and economic development.The development of education is the basic way to carry that act.Teachers, being one of the main elements in educational activities,play an important role in advancing the education development. In the process of teaching, how to teach is the principal aspect of contradiction, the basic teaching task and teachers' sacred duty determines their leading status in teaching not to be changed no matter what changes will happen in teaching patterns. In addition, with society developing and people's quality improving, it will be paid more and more attention to. |
